Hi, I’m Ivan Manzano, the founder of Waco Oasis & Waterfall Co. After years of designing and building stunning water features in Arizona, our family decided to bring that same passion for ponds, waterfalls, and outdoor living to Central Texas.
With over 5 years of hands-on experience building water features, I’ve recently teamed up with my brother Eddy to grow our vision here in Waco — and over 25 years of combined experience in construction and dirt work — together, we bring a unique blend of artistry, precision, and hard work to every job site.
We specialize in turning ordinary yards into breathtaking outdoor retreats — complete with custom waterfalls, pondless designs, fire pits, patios, and more.
We’re a small, family-run business with big dreams and a love for what we do. Every project is personal to us, and we treat every backyard like it’s our own.
